Privacy Notice

Precision governs everything we build — including how we treat personal data. This Privacy Notice explains how Arasaka BioTech (“Arasaka,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information relating to an identified or identifiable person (“Personal Data”) when you interact with arasaka.jp and related properties (the “Site”). We operate with restraint, provenance, and auditability. If something is not necessary, we do not collect it.

  • Preference Data:pages viewed, interaction patterns, consent choices, communications history.
  • Security Signals:headers, rate patterns, error traces, integrity flags for abuse prevention.

We donotintentionally collect special categories (e.g., health, biometric, religious) via the Site. If you choose to share them, they will be minimized or deleted unless legally required.

Sources

We obtain data directly from you (forms, email), automatically via cookies and similar technologies, and from limited third-party service providers (e.g., analytics, security). We do not buy data brokers’ lists.

Typical ranges: contact correspondence — months; candidate files — one hiring cycle plus a limited archival period (unless you request deletion); security logs — short, rolling windows unless an incident is under investigation.

Security

We employ layered controls: encryption in transit, access control by role, least-privilege keys, logging and anomaly detection, and separation of environments. No system is impenetrable; responsible disclosure is welcomed at[email protected]with a minimal reproduction path. Do not publicly disclose before coordination.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA, UK, and similar frameworks), you may have rights to:

  • access, correct, or delete your Personal Data;
  • object to or restrict processing;
